HURON — The State of the County luncheon will be held at noon Thursday in conjunction with the weekly Huron Kiwanis Club meeting.
The purpose of the luncheon is to keep residents informed on the affairs of county government. Beadle County commissioners and officials will be in attendance to update the community on the challenges and upcoming projects of their departments.
The luncheon is sponsored by the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Huron Chamber & Visitors Bureau. Lunch is $15 per person. Those planning to attend are asked to RSVP the chamber office at 352-0000.
