PIERRE Joan Aspelin, 84, of Pierre, and formerly of Wolsey, passed away Monday, December 4, 2023, at Pierre.
Her memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at Kuhler Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Wolsey Cemetery.
Visitation will begin 1:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon at the funeral home.
