HURON There is a special event set for Wednesday, Dec. 13, in the basement of Community Counseling Services, at 88 3rd St. SE.
Titled Life of Death Impaired Driving the campaign is hosted by prevention specialist Kennedy Appel and will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at CCS.
Stop in for impaired driving prevention resources, take one of the impaired driving challenges and enjoy some light snacks.
During the holiday season, when traveling may become treacherous in a matter of hours, the addition of holiday parties can often lead to impaired driving.
