WOLSEY Dallas A. Palmer, 79, of Wolsey, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023, in Sioux Falls.
His Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 8, at Welter Funeral Home with military honors. Burial will be held at Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery on Monday.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 7, at Welter Funeral Home.
