HURON The Huron Community Improvement Committee will host the second Winter Fest, on Saturday, Jan. 20, at the Nordby Exhibit Hall on the S.D. State Fairgrounds in Huron.
The events will kick off at 10 a.m. and will wrap up by 2 p.m.
Bundle up the kids and enjoy a sleigh ride, bouncy houses and minnow racing.
There will be face painting, crafts with the folks form the Huron Public Library, and kids canvas paint, with Beth Iverson.
For older kids, register for a chili cook off, by calling Amy at 605-461-1435, or play some Bingo, with a wide array of prizes.
Lots of other activities are planned, including a photo station, a food stand presented by the Girl Scouts and a hot cocoa station.
