HURON The Huron Tigers dropped all three contests to the Pierre Governors in the season opener for the eighth-grade boys basketball team.
Pierre won the A game 54-28. Huron was led by Colt Culver and Sean Janes with nine points each.
In the B game, Pierre managed a 31-24 win, despite eight points from Hurons Saw Htoo, while Noah Koops added seven points.
The C game went to the Governors, 20-4. Huron got all its scoring from Htoo Say Zan.
