To the Editor:
After reading Mr. Buschs recent Letter to the Editor, I feel the need to respond.
He talks about cheating in one of Georgias polling centers. He must be referring to the center where two women poll workers were awarded several million dollars because of accusations by Trump and others, which were proven untrue.
What arent the same people complaining about books not saying anything about the use of cell phones? Kids can read much more filth on their phone than in books.
I wonder if Mr. Busch saw the testimony of Trumps lawyer on Jan. 9, where he said that the president should be able to have opponents assassinated and be immune from prosecution? That is what happens in countries controlled by dictators.
I rest my case on what Trump wants to do to our democracy.
Now, to address his statement on Hunter Biden. I believe Hunter Biden agreed to testify in an open hearing, but the Republicans want it private, possibly so they can take what they want to be public, so as to make themselves look better.
Why hasnt Mr. Busch mentioned that the Trump Organization received at least $7.8 million from foreign entities while in office? I would guess he would never see that information on Fox News.
I believe the worst thing that Trump and his followers have done is to have placed distrust in our election process, even though there hasnt been enough proof of fraud to change the election.
Apparently, there are a lot of people who are unable to accept facts. Almost every lawsuit contradicts their statements.
