YANKTON Using a 6-2 win Tuesday, the Yankton Bucks avenged an earlier loss to the Huron All-Stars.
The Bucks had three unanswered goals in the opening period to carry a 3-0 lead into the second period.
Grady Bott put Huron on the board, scoring on an unassisted shot for the lone goal in the second period.
Yankton stretched its advantage to 5-1, before the All-Stars found the net again. Ryder Casper scored on a pass from Skyler Casper during a power play.
Jack Bales stopped 24 of the 30 shots he faced in the net for huron.
The All-Stars finished with 24 shots on goal.
Huron, which is now 3-12, will host Rushmore at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Bergman Arena.
