SIOUX FALLS Colleen Wipf of Frankfort is among students named to the Deans List for the fall semester at Augustana University in Sioux Falls.The Deans List recognized 980 full-time students who have a minimum of 12 credit hours with grade-point averages at 3.5 or above.
