Birth Strong speaks to Kiwanis

Alissa Crandall, a birth doula with Birth Strong, spoke to Kiwanis on the services that are offered for expecting families. A birth doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and information support to new and expecting parents. One of a doulas duty is to provide a continuous source of comfort, encouragement and support during the entire labor process. Alissa serves the Huron and surrounding areas.
