Jim White joined the Huron Kiwanis Club Thursday, speaking to the group as one of the eight members of the South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks (GFP) Commission.
White informed the group of current numbers across S.D. pertaining to licenses, hunting, fishing and the parks.
