HURON According to the S.D. Dept. of Transportation, the closure of the Dakota Ave. reconstruction project will be extended to the 3rd Street intersection, beginning Monday, June 24.
Dakota Ave., will be open between 3rd and 4th Street, however the 3rd Street intersection will be completely blocked.
