P.E.O. Chapter F STAR committee members, Sarah Rubish, left, and Rachel Kary, right, recently presented a $300 scholarship to STAR nominee Marisol Dubon. Dubon and her mother were guests at a luncheon meeting at Gigis.
The S.T.A.R. Scholarship is awarded annually to exceptional young women in their senior year of high school who are planning to further their education. Dubon will attend University of Sioux Falls this fall.
