HURON With just the consent agenda on the docket for Mondays meeting, the Huron City Commission was quickly done with the business meeting.
After the business meeting, the commission discussed upcoming citywide cleanup details. While all the locations and dates are being secured, the plan is to have four two-day collection periods at four areas around town on three Tuesday/Wednesday combinations in July and one in August.
More details will be coming soon on the cleanup.
The commission also approved the previous weeks minutes, fuel quotes for city departments, and approved pay of bills as part of the consent agenda before adjourning to an executive session on contractual matters.
The next commission meeting will be Monday, July 15, at 5:30 p.m. in the commission room at City Hall.
