MADISON The Huron Tiger tennis team traveled to Madison Thursday afternoon, to take on the Bulldogs.
The Tigers showed up to play, as they pummeled the hometown Bulldogs, 8-1.
AnneClaire Rubish got things rolling for Huron with a 10-3 win over Delilah Maxwell at No. 1 singles, and Ann Hoek followed up with a 10-0 shutout of Shelby Poncelet. Paw Kler Moo defeated Savannah Snow 10-3 at No. 4, Madeline Kleinsasser downed Audrey Allen, when Allen was forced to default the match, before Idella Meyer closed out the singles competition with a 10-1 win over Lydia Breddin.
In doubles matches Rubish and Hoek pounded Delilah and Sierra Maxwell 10-4, then Say Glay and Moo downed Poncelet and Breddin 10-2, and Kleinsasser/Meyer closed the match with a 10-4 win over Allen and Snow.
