Huron wins two in MS volleyball

HURON Hurons seventh-grade volleyball teams split three matches with Mitchell Thursday afternoon at Huron Middle School gymnasium.

The A team dropped a 2-0 decision to the Kernels, 25-6, 25-10, but the B team downed Mitchell 25-11 and 25-16, and the C team emerged with a 25-18, 25-12 win.

Hurons seventh-grade A team will compete in the James Valley Christian Tournament this weekend, then all three teams will travel to Pierre on Monday.
