To the Editor:
I am glad to be sharing why joining 4-H is so great, during 4-H Week! 4-H isnt just about learning new skills which that list is endless, but it is also about connecting with people who share similar interests and passions.
In 4-H, we all work together on projects in our club. We participate in service projects in our community like holiday tray favors for nursing homes and fun activities like mini golf.
Getting into the 4-H has allowed me to make some really good friends, my mom says these friends will often last a lifetime. My best friends are from 4H rodeo, where we all cheer each other on in and outside the arena. I have got to spend a lot of time with some special friends working Achievement Days projects.
The friendships we make in our club not only make 4H a lot more fun but also teaches us the importance of working together to make the community and world a better place.
I encourage everyone to consider the friendships that await in 4-H!
