TULARE Using set scores of 25-8, 25-11 and 25-12, Hitchcock-Tulare swept Sully Buttes on Friday.
The Lady Patriots, who are ranked No. 4 in Class B, improved to 27-2.
Katelyn Schroeder had 11 kills on 20 of 25 attacks for Hitchcock-Tulare, while Rebecca Huizenga added seven kills on 11 of 12 hits.
Isabel Gilbert was perfect on 17 servens with three aces for the Lady Patriots. Ella Johnson converted on 12 of 14 serves.
Lila Johnson was 32 of 32 setting with 15 assists for Hitchcock-Tulare, while Gracyn Bixler was 19 of 19 with 11 assists.
Emmerie Arthurs tallied eight digs for the Lady Patriots, while Lila Johnson had six digs.
Hitchcock-Tulare will close the regular season Tuesday at Wessington Springs.
Highmore-Harrold 3, Stanley County 2
HIGHMORE Highmore-Harrold used a 15-12 victory in the fifth set to escape with a 3-2 victory against Stanley County on Friday.
Stanley County won the opening set 25-23, only to have the Pirates even the match with a 25-11 win in the second set.
Stanley Country regained the edge with a 25-23 win in the third set, but Highmore-Harrold forced the tiebreaker with a 25-21 win in the fourth set.
Jada Baloun led the Pirates with 15 kills on 37 of 41 attacks. Lainee Ping was 28 of 31 with nine kills, while Addison McDonnell was 37 of 48 with eight kills.
McDonnell was 31 of 32 serving with seven aces for Highmore-Harrold, while Brooklyn Baloun was 18 of 19 with five aces.
Brooklyn Baloun also was perfect on 100 sets with 31 assists and recorded a team-high 30 digs.
Callie Cravez inked 20 digs, while Jada Baloun had three blocks.
Highmore-Harrold will close the regular season on Tuesday at Miller.
Wessington Springs 3, Kimball/White Lake 0
WESSINGTON SPRINGS Using set scores of 25-22, 25-23 and 25-23, Wessington Springs swept Kimball/White Lake on Friday to improve to 13-13.
Ashlyn Weber led the Lady Spartans with eight kills. Kendall Kolousek had five kills and Kaitlyn Braun added four kills.
Kolousek had three aces for Wessington Springs, while Taylor Braun and Kenzie Kolousek each had two aces.
Logan Mohling recorded 17 assists for the Lady Spartans.
Remie Roduner and Kendall Kolousek had 20 and 14 digs, respectively. Raygen Teveldal had five blocks.
Wessington Springs hosts Hitchcock-Tulare to close the regular season on Tuesday.
