HURON Three Hitchcock-Tulare players were named to the first team of the All-281 Conference volleyball team, which was announced Monday.
Senior Katelyn Schroeder, along with junior Cambree Hoekman and sophomore Lila Johnson were named to the All-281 team for the Lady Patriots, who won the conference tournament and regular season titles this season.
Senior Samara Clemente and junior Kendal Uttecht were named to the first team for Wolsey-Wessington.
Rounding out the first team was senior Kaylie Robinson of Sanborn Central/Woonsocket.
The second team consisted of sophomore Shae Uttecht of Wolsey-Wessington; junior Rebecca Huizenga of Hitchcock-Tulare; junior Hadlee Holt of Iroquois/Lake Preston; senior Ashlyn Weber of Wessington Springs; senior Alexa Goertz of Sanborn Central/Woonsocket; and senior Ella Johnson of Hitchcock-Tulare.
Honorable mention went to junior Elizabeth Boschee of Sanborn Central/Woonsocket; senior Brooklyn Baloun of Highmore-Harrold; senior Roxy Glanzer of Wolsey-Wessington; sophomore Kendall Kolousek of Wessington Springs; freshman Jada Baloun of Highmore-Harrold and junior Timber Haeder of Wolsey-Wessington.
