Bull rider Bryce Burnell, on the left, and break away roper Jazz McGirr, dropping a loop on the right, won the second annual Mason Moody and Jazz McGirr Invitational event, held Saturday at the Dakota Events CompleX on the S.D. State Fairgrounds.
