HURON Receiving a Superiors at the SD State Oral Interpretation Festival were Lily Halter in Poetry and the Readers Theater team of Keara Gabriel, Charlie Bragg, Lily Halter, Izzy Schafer, Landon Pomerico, and Henry Van Scharrel.
Also competing were Green Ta Bah in Storytelling and Duo, Izzy Schafer in Duo, Mylie Byrd in Non Original Oratory, Keara Gabriel in Humorous, and Emmersyn McGillvrey in Serious.
This years festival was held at Sturgis Brown High School on December 6 and 7. There were 88 schools in attendance.
