HURON The Heartland 4-Hers have set up a Giving Tree at the Event Center to help keep children warm this winter.
The tree is decorated with child sized gloves and hats. If your child needs some gloves or a hat to keep warm, please feel free to go take what you need. If you are interested in helping them keep the children of Huron and surrounding areas warm this winter, bring items to decorate the tree with or to put in the donation box.
The 4-H group is excited to see how this community service project helps those in need.
This project will end Jan. 10.
