RAPID CITY The undefeated Rushmore Thunder scored 31 goals for a sweep in a pair of games against the Huron All-Stars on Saturday and Sunday.
The Thunder outshot Huron 56-6 en route to a 14-0 victory on Saturday.
Jack Bales had 42 saves in the net for the All-Stars.
Rapid City recorded 79 shots on Sunday and finished with a 17-0 victory to improve to 8-0.
Huron had just three shots on goal in the game.
Bales inked 62 saves for the All-Stars.
Huron, which is 0-12, will host
Sioux City at 7:45 p.m. Friday at Bergman Arena.
Junior Varsity
Rushmore emerged with a 3-0 victory against Huron on Saturday.
The Thunder had 41 shots in the game, with the All-Stars managing 21.
Kaleb Rashaad had 38 saves for Huron, which is now 3-9.
Rushmore improved to 7-1.
