Ira Sarvis, Huron Middle School eighthgrade Vibraphone, performed in the 2025 S.D. Middle School All-State Jazz Band Concert on Feb. 1, at the Mitchell High School Performing Arts Center in Mitchell.
This concert featured 40 sixth-eighthgraders from across the state performing in two jazz bands under the direction of Erik Mahon and Ryan Stahle.
Sarvis is the son of Shaun and Ashley Sarvis, and his band director at HMS is Julie Berger.
