ARLINGTON The Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones closed the regular season with a rout of the Arlington Cardinals, 76-33, Friday in Arlington.
The Cyclones, now 15-4, had five players in double-figure scoring, led by Chris Bevers with 22 points. Bevers had an excellent all-around game, with nine rebounds, eight steals, and six assists.
Sullivan Felberg added 13 points, Bo Begeman and William Hovde each scored 11 points, and Emmerson Larson added 10 points for Clark/Willow Lake.
Jakob Steen grabbed nine rebounds off the bench for the Cyclones.
The Cardinals fall to 1-19. Paxton Rheault and Miles Antonen each scored 13 to lead the way. Rheault grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds.

FORESTBURG The Wessington Springs Spartans closed out the regular season with a 281 Conference victory over the Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Blackhawks, 71-64, Friday at Sanborn Central High School.
The Blackhawks led after one quarter and nearly climbed all the way back with a big third quarter, but the Spartan defense clamped down, allowing just nine points in the final frame to seal the victory.
The Spartans finish the season with an 18-2 record and will have the second seed in Region 2B play beginning Tuesday. No individual stats were available.
The Blackhawks fall to 12-8 and will face Colman-Egan in Region 3B play Tuesday in Woonsocket.
Landon Jensen led the Blackhawks in scoring with 20 points. Grant Edwards added 14 points and McCoy Schultz had 11 points while grabbing a team-high eight rebounds.

Wolsey-Wessington 62, Warner 35
WARNER After a brutal first quarter where they scored just three points, the Wolsey-Wessington Warbirds exploded Friday against the Warner Monarchs to score 20+ points in the next two quarters while holding the Monarchs to just 18 total points over that time to pull away for a 62-35 victory in Warner.
Wolsey-Wessington finishes the year 16-4 behind 17 points from Caleb Richmond. Peyton Rainford added 15 points on five three-point baskets.
Warner falls to 8-12. Brennan Wolf-Donat came off the bench to lead the Monarchs with nine points.

MILLER The Sunshine Bible Academy Crusaders used a big fourth quarter to tie the Iroquois/Lake Preston Sharks in regulation Friday night and then outscored them 12-8 in the overtime period to take a 281 Conference victory in the final game of the season at the SBA Event Center.
The Crusaders finish the regular season 5-11 behind four players in double-digit scoring. Trey Thieman led the way with 18 points. Jensen Wipf and Isaac Hague each added 12 points, and Jacob Hadden contributed 11.
Thieman also had six rebounds, five assists, and five steals for SBA.
The Sharks fall to 7-13 despite 25 points and 14 rebounds from Ervin Carter. Daunte Glanzer added 15 points and Lucas Peskey had 10.
