Letter – McEnelly 3-26-25

To the editor:

To those unfamiliar with Rhonda Kludts involvement in our community, one might wonder if she has enough time and energy to be effectively involved with all the committees she has been part of along with being a full-time elementary teacher at St. Martin School. Rhondas teaching choice was because she is a member of Hurons Catholic Community.

She was and is still a participant in many community organizations formed to enhance our community. When she joins, her first question is, How can I help? Then, she rolls up her sleeves and joins in. Ask anyone who has worked alongside her.

The Huron community could not ask for a better person than Rhonda Kludt to represent us in the Huron City Commission. Rhonda has energy and enthusiasm for any project or volunteerism she is involved in. Her focus will be the seven issues that were identified during Huron Rising 2.0. Those being Childcare, Community Beatification/Code Enforcement, Cultural Integration, Downtown Development, Education, Housing and Healthcare. Rhonda believes by working together we can accomplish much. We need a person like Rhonda to bring our community together to make it a better home for all.
