REDFIELD Addisyn Evans of Redfield finished third during the Redfield Invitational on Thursday at Fisher Grove Country Club.
Kensley Heath of Sisseton won the event with an 87, while Carlee Johnson of Groton was second with an 96.
Evans finished with a 105 to claim the third spot for the Pheasants. Elliot Hortness of Sisseton was fourth at 107, while Claire Schuelke of Groton was fifth at 111.
Rounding out the lineup for Redfield was Kalli Spotankse, who was ninth with a 121 and Willow Ronnenberg, who was 15th at 132.
Taryn Cass carded a 118 to lead the Huron junior varsity with an eighth-place finish. Valeria Hohn was No. 11 with a 124 and Elle Waldoch was No. 16 with a 134.
Groton won the two-team battle for the team title with a 431. Milbank was second at 516.
