On April 24, Huron High School students stepped into the role of CEOs of a cell phone company during the virtual JA Titan competition.
Eight teams from schools across the eastern part of the state took part in the event. The goal was to see who could sell the most cell phones in 16 quarters.
Before the competition, students completed JA Titan in Mike Cardas classroom, developing entrepreneurial spirit and business skills. Throughout the lessons, they gained experience making critical business decisions, from operations to marketing and corporate social responsibility.
Congratulations to the students on the winning teams:
1st Place: Washington High School Team Lucy
2nd Place: Washington High School Team Mobile
3rd Place: Huron High School Team Straw Hat Pirates
