Tierney Breen of Huron (center), who is a member of the Mitchell Technical College rodeo team, is the 2025 Great Plains Region College rodeo year end goat tying champion, as well as the year end All Around Champion.
Breen capped the 10-rodeo season by winning the all-around at the final rodeo in Lincoln, Neb. She is qualified to compete in the goat tying and the breakaway roping at the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyo., which will be held June 15-21.
