ABERDEEN The Huron track teams posted several top finishes during the Al Sahli Invite, which was held Friday at Swisher Field.
Hylton Heinz won the girls javelin with a throw of 113-4, to lead a trio of Tigers in the top 10 during the event.
Alyse Davis was fourth at 101-11, while Jencie Goergen was ninth at 83-3.
Ava Wambach and Zaniyah Lanier each had top-10 finishes in the sprint races for Huron.
Wambach was fifth in the 100-meter race at 12.88 seconds, while Lanier was sixth at 12.89. In the 200, Lanier was seventh at 26.78 and Wambach was 10th at 27.05.
Olivia Tschetter was sixth Huron the Tigers in the 400 with a time of 1:04.84.
Allyson Trujillo-Cordova was ninth for the Tigers in the long jump at 14-11.25.
Thackary Hansen was third in the boys 100 at 11.18 and fifth in the 200 at 23.07 for Huron.
Leon Waldner and James Shoultz were fifth and ninth, respectively, for the Tigers in the triple jump with distances of 38-1.5 and 37-1.75.
James Weir finished ninth for Huron in the boys 1,600 at 5:21.38.
Results from the shot put and discus events were not reported.
The Tigers will be at the Capital City Qualifier on Tuesday.
