WILLMAR, Minn. Cole Searing of Huron earned his second win of the season on the Structural Buildings WISSOTA Late Model Challenge Series on Thursday at KRA Speedway.
After winning his heat race, Searing started on the pole for the 40-lap feature race. He led all 40 laps to win his second consecutive Challenge Series event at the speedway.
Searing, who is the defending Challenge Series champion, is the current leader in the point standings with 220 points after four events.
Next up for the Challenge Series was an event Friday at Fiesta City Speedway in Montevideo, Minn. The series stops at Madison Speedway in Minnesota on Saturday and is at Casino Speedway in Watertown on Sunday at 6:30 p.m.
