Huron Public Library announces summer programs for all ages
The Huron Public Library invites readers of all ages to join this years Summer Reading Program: Level Up at Your Library! The program runs from June 9 through July 25 and is designed to make reading fun and rewarding through interactive challenges and exciting prizes.
The Level Up theme uses gamification to keep readers engaged. Participants will complete reading milestones and earn rewards. The program is open to children, teens, and adults and offers something for everyone.
Summer reading helps prevent the summer slidethe learning loss that can occur when school is out. For adults, the program encourages literacy, lifelong learning, and personal growth, while providing a relaxing way to reduce stress.
