Basin Construction and Drain Tile from Hayti is working to install water and sewer lines for campgrounds in and around the South Dakota State Fairgrounds.
Water and sewer are being installed at Gate 13 campground, also known as 19 Acres. Water lines are being installed at other satelite campgrounds Honey Bee, Rushmore, Pasque and Walleye.
