HURON Independence Day on Friday, July 4, will have plenty of family-friendly activities to attend in Huron.
The day opens in Campbell Park, with a vendor fair opening at 10 a.m. and a parade at 10:30 a.m., beginning at Seventh St. and Dakota Ave. S. and continuing to Market St.
After the parade, a community barbecue takes place in Campbell Park, beginning at 11 a.m.
Fireworks will light up the sky at approximately 10 p.m. at Ravine Lake.
Throughout the day, the Karen Soccer Tournament will take place at Pepsi Fields.
