HURON A total of 57 adorable little faces were entered into the seventeenth annual Cutest Baby Contest, hosted by Huron Regional Medical Center (HRMC).
Entries were submitted in June with live online voting occurring in July, when community members, family and friends were invited to vote daily for their favorite.
Receiving the most votes to earn the 2025 Cutest Baby title was Nevaeh, daughter of Colton and Kyley Pell. Nevaeh enjoys playing with rattle toys and has a very giggly personality, per her parents. She laughs all the time, right when she wakes up in the morning and is always smiling, shared Nevaehs mother.
The couple was encouraged to enter Nevaeh into the Cutest Baby Contest by Coltons mother, who urged all of her friends to start voting.
Colton works full-time at Walmart, and Kyley works at the McKinley Learning Center and part-time at Walmart. As a family, they love to go on walks and enjoy their time together.
As the winner, Nevaeh received the grand prize package which includes a Hatch Baby Sleep Machine, $75 in Huron Bucks, a gift basket of baby essentials, a stuffed toy from the HRMC Auxiliary Gift Shop, a commemorative blanket, and a feature photo on HRMC Cutest Baby advertising and promotional materials.
Receiving the next highest number of votes in the contest was Janey, daughter of Clay and Kylie Martin. As Cutest Baby runner-up winner, Janey received $75 in Huron Bucks.
