WESSINGTON Bonnie Runge, age 95, formerly of Wessington, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025 at Good Samaritan Sioux Falls Center in Sioux Falls.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Monday, Sept. 8, at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish with burial at St. Josephs Cemetery in Wessington. Visitation, with her family present, will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday morning.
Bonnie is survived by one daughter, Verna Yarnall, Sioux Falls; one son, Larry (Tracy) Runge, Rogers, Minnesota, and five grandchildren: Jessica (Scott) Loarie, San Rafael, Calif.; Kristi (Herb) Tousley, Edina, Minn.; Nick Runge (fianc Irie Nite), Playa Vista, Calif.; Matthew Runge, Rogers, Minn.; Katie Runge-Sederquest (Tayler), Rogers, Minn.; five great grandchildren: Madeleine and Isabella Loarie; Harrison and Theodore Tousley; Marlon Sederquest; one sister, Sharon Vitters, Rapid City; one brother, Wesley Cavenee, Albuquerque, N.M.; and sisters-in-law, Gloria Mundt, Shakopee, Minn.; Shirley Runge, Brookings; one brother-in-law, Gordon Fliehe, Logan, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews.
