BROOKINGS With aid of some disciplinary action against Huron, Brookings tallied a 3-0 victory against the Tigers on Tuesday.
The Bobcats scored goals in the 21st, 26th and 48th minutes.
We dominated the first 20 minutes of the game and kept possession and shots on goal, Huron coach Leah Branaugh said. An unfortunate call of a red card changed the game not in our favor.

Jaxon Andru recorded four saves in the net for the Tigers, who are now 0-7-1.
Brookings edged Huron 1-0 in the junior varsity boys game. Jhonatan Ordonez had two saves for the Tigers.
Huron is now off until Sept. 16, when they host Yankton in a 4 p.m., game at Tiger Stadium.
Girls
Brookings inked a 9-0 win against the Huron girls in the varsity game on Tuesday.
Wai Wai Lin had 20 savesin the net for the Tigers.
The Bobcats recorded an 11-0 victory in the JV girls game.
Rosy Wah had nine saves in the first half for Huron, while Kee Ler Paw had six saves in the second half.
Huron (0-8) will host Yankton at 6 p.m., on Sept. 16 at Tiger Stadium.
