WESSINGTON SPRINGS Woonsocket/Wessington Springs/Sambprm Cemtral remaining undefeated with a 20-6 victory against Winner on Friday.

The Bucks, who are now 4-0 used the win to move into this weeks Class 11B rankings at No. 5.

Luke Larson had a pair of touchdown passes and rushed for a touchdown to lead W/WS/SC. He finished 8 of 19 passing for 106 yards with an interception, while carrying the ball 11 times for 58 yards.

Colby Flowers had both of the TD receptions for the Bucks, finishing with three catches for 73 yards. Nathan Gaikowski added 29 yards rushing on six carries, whie Wesley Molnar had seven carries for 37 yards.

Flowers was the defensive leader for W/WS/SC with 11 tackles, a fumble recovery and and interception. Hunter Fenske had 10.5 tackles, while McCoy Schulz had a fumble recovery.

The Bucks will face No. 2 Wagner (5-0) in state-ranked matchup on Friday in Forestburg.

Iroquois/Lake Preston 44, Sunshine Bible Academy 0
MILLER Iroquois/Lake Preston improved to 3-1 with a 44-0 victory against against Sunshine Bible Academy on Friday.

Lucas Peskey had four rushing touchdowns to account for all of the scoring in the opening half for the Sharks. He scored on a pair of 5-yard runs in the opening quarter and had scoring runs of 33 and 46 yards in the second quarter.

Ben Curd capped the scoring for Iroquois/Lake Preston with a pair of rushing touchdowns in the third quarter. He had TD runs of 8 and 27 yrds.

Peskey finished with 194 of the 282 yards rushing in the game for the Sharks on 16 carries. Curd added 110 yards on 10 carries.

Brycen Blue was 7 of 10 passing for 80 yards with no interceptions for Iroquois/Lake Preston. Curd had three receptions for 42 yards, while Ervin Carter had a 26-yard reception.

Defensively, Tade Menzel had a pair of fumble recoveries for the Sharks, while Rayson Timm and Keaton Neuharth each had a fumble recovery and Aiden Quiery had an interception.

Sunshine Bible Academy managed just 59 yards of total offense in the game. Tarrence Mickelson had nine carries for 23 yards, while Carter Crump carried the ball 10 times of 15 yards.

Toby Mickelson had 19 yards through the air on 2 of 5 passing with an interception for the Crusaders, who are now 1-4. Both passeswith to Jonah Pribyl.

Seith Konechne had nine tackles for SBA, while Toby Mickelson and Terrence Mickelson had seven and six tackles, respectively. Nick Erickson added five tackles.

Iroquois/Lake Preston will travel to face St. Marys, which was ranked No. 3 in the last Class 9B rankings, on Friday. The Crusaders host Hitchcock-Tulare on Friday
