Huron Public Library announced the winners of the Scarecrow Festival.
Best in show by a business or organization went to The Scarecrows Secret Recipe from Caseys Kitchen. The Best in show by a youth organization was Miss Spider: The Not So Itsy Bitsy Girl Scout by Girl Scouts Troop 42002. Dakota Provisions won the Peoples Choice Award with Carnevil.
The classroom scarecrow winner in the K-2 category was Mrs. Jungemanns first grade class at Wolsey-Wessington and Mrs. Hovdes class from Madison 2-3 Center won the grades 3-5 category.
