YANKTON — The Huron eighth-grade boys’ basketball team claimed a 40-17 victory in the C-game on Monday.
Jamison Htoo had 14 points for the Tigers, while Daniel Shee had 12 points.
The Bucks tallied a 49-18 win in the eighth-grade A-game.
Charlie Ford led Huron with six points, while Austin Htoo and Noah Carr each had four points.
Yankton edged Huron 39-37 in the eighth-grade B-game.
Carr had 14 points for the Tigers, while Oliver Steele added six points.
Seventh grade
Yankton recorded a sweep with three wins.
The Bucks won the A-game 45-25.
Oakley Korkow had 11 points for the Tigers, while Max Bartholow and Logan Goehner had six and five points, respectively.
The Bucks won the B-game 25-9.
Jaxson Tounsly had six points for Huron, while Harley Jons had three points.
Yankton inked a 19-12 win in the C-game.
Edgar Alaturna Ruel and Kellan Tarasoff-Ball each had four points for the Tigers.
The Huron teams will host Mitchell on Thursday.
