Huron boys are No. 3 seed in AA boys’ SoDak 16

No. 3 Tigers to host Pierre in Class AA SoDak 16
HURON — Huron will be the No. 3 seed for the Class AA boys’ SoDak 16 on Saturday. 
The Tigers, who are 16-4, will host No. 14 Pierre (6-14) at 6 p.m. Saturday at Huron Arena. 

Huron defeated Pierre 54-39 at Huron Arena on Feb. 10. 

At 20-0, Sioux Falls Lincoln is the top seed for the SoDak 16, and will host No. 16 Sturgis (7-13) at 6 p.m.

No. 2 Sioux Falls Roosevelt (16-4) hosts No. 15 Rapid City Central (6-14); No. 4 Harrisburg (15-5) hosts No. 13 Yankton (8-12) at 2 p.m.; No. 5 Watertown (15-5) hosts No. 12 Mitchell (8-11) at 6 p.m.; No. 6 O’Gorman (12-8) hosts No. 11 Sioux Falls Washingotn (10-10); No. 7 Brandon Valley (12-8) hosts No. 10 Sioux Falls Jefferson (10-10) at 2 p.m.; and No. 8 Spearfish (15-5) hosts No. 9 Tea Area (12-8) at 3 p.m. MT. 

Winners from Saturday’s games will secure a spot in the Class AA State Tournament, which is March 19-21 in Rapid City.
