Huron Police Chief Kevin VanDiepen made a presentation to Dan Schlader Thursday afternoon, prior to a drive-by of support, by more than 50 vehicles. Also with Schlader is His wife Terri, far right, and sons Brenden (nearer) and Brayden.
In the second photo, Huron Fire Department trucks led the parade past police officer Dan Schlader’s house Thursday afternoon. Schlader, a sergeant with the Huron Police Department and a volunteer firefighter, was diagnosed with multiple Myeloma in September of 2018.
