HURON — The Huron Hockey Association will hold its annual Teddy Bear Toss game on Saturday at Bergman Arena during the All-Stars’ second game in the 2020 Rooster Cup Tournament.
Huron will face Sioux Center in the annual Teddy Bear Toss game at 7:30 p.m. Fans from both teams are asked to bring a teddy bear of another stuffed animal to toss onto the ice following the opening goal of the game.
The stuffed toys will be collected an donated to the Salvation Army to be used as Christmas presented.
The 2020 Rooster Cup will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at Bergman Arena with Huron facing Aberdeen. Sioux Center will play Pierre at 12:30 p.m., and then Pierre will play Aberdeen at 5 p.m., before the final game of the day between Huron and Sioux Center.
The event continues Sunday with Aberdeen playing Sioux Center at 10 a.m., and Huron battling Pierre at 12:30 p.m.
