ARDMORE, Okla. — Mrs. Marion Gloria Peterman, 95, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 9, 2020, in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
Marion was born to the late Joseph and Laura (Hauck) Scherschligt March 10, 1925, at Yankton.
She married John Oliver Peterman June 8, 1946, at Brookings.
The parents of three sons, Tom, Charles and Mike, they were married for 53 years, when John passed away July 18, 1999.
She enjoyed being a homemaker for her husband and three sons. Her grandchildren were the pride and joy of her life.
She is survived by her three sons, Tom (Rachael) Peterman, Charles (Susan) Peterman, and Mike Peterman; grandchildren, Kelly, John and Angela, Elena, John, Rhoda, Lisa, Terri, Raquel, Marisela, Becky, Laurie and Pearl; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Following Cremation-With-Care provided by Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home and Crematory, her ashes will be placed beside her husband at Sunbeam Cemetery in Miller.
