James Valley Christian 83, Estelline 55
JAMES VALLEY — The James Valley Christian Vikings swept the Estelline Redmen 83-55, at the Region 3B boys’ basketball tournament.
James Valley improved it’s season record to 10-11 with the win, while Estelline ended it’s season with a record of 0-21.
Ryan Wager led the Vikings with a game-high of 23, Michael Waldner tallied 16, while Darrian Hood and Derek Thompson each added 12 more points. Hood led the rebounders with 10.
Devon Dahl led the Redmen with 15 points, followed by Spenser Lutz who scored 12 points and had seven rebounds.
James Valley Christian faces third-seeded Wolsey-Wessington in Wolsey at 7 p.m. today.

TULARE — The Iroquois Chiefs took a 44-31 victory after battling with the Hitchcock-Tulare Patriots, Monday night in Region 3B boys’ basketball.
Keistan Dubro led the Chiefs, now 5-16 on the season, with 12 points, while Jacob Bich added 10 and Caleb Waldner tallied seven.

The Patriots ended their season with a 7-14 record, and were led by Ty Hofer with 16 points and 10 rebounds, while Zach Binger added eight more.
Iroquois advances to face second-seeded Castlewood at 7 p.m. today in Castlewood.

HIGHMORE — Four players reached double figures en route to an impressive 92-66 win for the Highmore-Harrold Pirates over the Sunshine Bible Academy Crusaders, Monday night at the Region 2 boys’ basketball tournament.
Jharett Bloomenrader scored 32 points and had eight rebounds for the Pirates, leading the game, Trevamine Eagle Thunder-Alger tallied 21, while Dylan McDonnell and Remington Paynter added 11 more points each.
Jade Burma led the Crusaders with 21 points, EJ Big Eagle followed with 15, while Travis Hass had 14 and Ross Engle tallied 11 more.
Highmore-Harrold improved to 10-11 and will take on the No. 2 Herreid-Selby Area at 7 p.m. today in Herreid. Sunshine Bible Academy ends the season at 0-19.

IROQUOIS — The Iroquois Chiefs took a 71-59 win over the Sunshine Bible Academy Crusaders, with four players reaching double figures on Friday night.
Jacob Bich led the Chiefs with 17 points, Brandon Decker had 16, Zach Dutcher tallied 13, while Caleb Waldner added 10 more. Kirsten Dubro had eight points and led the rebounders with eight.
The Crusaders were led by Jade Burma with 20, Ross Engle followed with 14, while Chris Hass added 13 more.
