HURON — The Huron Board of Realtors (HBOR) and affiliates gathered Aug. 5 for their annual meeting, awards and installation of officers.
Those receiving awards include:
• Angie Uttecht, Realtor of the Year.
South Dakota REALTOR CEO Michelle Kleven was in attendance as was SDR President Elect, Emilie Portz, who installed the incoming officers for 2023: Jim Tharp, president; Phelan Stahl, vice president; Mary Neugebauer, secretary/treasurer; and Reg Kleinsasser, local director 2022-2024.
Steve Sprecher auctioned off baskets that were donated by realtors and affiliates. They raised $1,628.50 for Realtors for Kids.
This year was extra special as they paid tribute to Realtors who were lost in recent years — Dick Shelton, Shirley Chase, John Roache Sr. and Keith Montgomery.
There will be a memorial golf tournament scheduled for Friday, Oct. 7, at 2 p.m. All are welcome.
