Bone Builders topic at NARFE

Joan Kutter of Huron presented an information program about Bone Builders during the recent NARFE (National and Retired Federal Employees) meeting. Bone Builders is an exercise class that meets at the Huron Campus Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. for $2 per session. The class is led by Gayle Cranston and Joan Kutter.  As you age, your bones and balance tend to let you down.  This routine has been known to not only slow down the balance/bone deterioration process, but can actually improve it!  NARFE meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at the Huron Area Senior Center.  The next meeting will be June 26, and they are planning their annual picnic on July 24.
