Charleigh Brewer of Wessington was the Reserve Junior Girls’ All-Around winner during the South Dakota State 4-H Finals Rodeo. Brewer was first in the barrel racing average to win a saddle. She turned in the fastest time in both the junior and senior divisions during both rounds of the event.
