HURON — Charleigh Brewer of Wessington took first place in the youth division (18-and-under) during the South Dakota State Fair Barrel Racing Jackpot: Turn & Burn.

It was the third consecutive year Brewer has won the youth division in the event. She also placed third in the open division this year.
