Charleigh Brewer of Wessington won a pair of  junior girls’ all-around titles during the Little Britches Rodeos held Oct. 20-22 in Rapid City. Brewer won the breakaway on Friday, was second in barrels, goat tying and breakaway on Saturday and won the poles and ribbon roping, while being second in team roping and goat tying on Sunday.
